SENECA SPIRIT
by Tom Rood

Season extending near white 5" petals showing a gold edge and light pink mid-ribs drawing down into a green throat. Good branching and bud counts on 27" tall scapes. Blooms late, over a six week period in some years into September.

Always beautiful and a great late performer. One of Tom's favorites. Fertile both ways. Late season semi-evergreen tetraploid.  In some gardens it shows a more yellowish cast which may indicate soil sensitivity to nutrients and pH.
